Job Description

Warehouse / Customer Service Operative

* Location: Chester CH5

* Salary: £12.71 per hour

* Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40hrs

* Minimum 40 hours per week

* Contract type: Temp to Perm

Duties of role

* General warehouse duties

* Data entry of online sales using IT system

* Photographing stock

* Assisting with packaging sold stock for collection

* Working the front counter in a polite and professional manner

* Stock rotation and moving cages from processing areas to sold shelves and vice versa

* Organising of stock

* Answering customer queries over the phone and via email

About the person

* IT Literate

* Warehouse experience

* Excellent customer service background

* Reliable / good timekeeper.

Shift Pattern

* Monday to Friday

* Start 9am – 5.30pm

* Occasional Saturdays may be required
