Ashland, VA/Weekday Shift The role is based in our Ashland, Virginia Distribution Center and is Full Time, Weekday Shift Warehouse Lead position. The schedule for the role is Monday-Thursday – 7:00am – 5:30pm. (Plus OT)
**Overview**
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the performance of the assigned warehouse department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, continual process improvement, and support of the Operations Manager by coordinating warehouse associate job duties, communication, reporting, and area based projects. They will provide analytical support, conduct root-cause analysis, and own the update and maintenance of reports pertinent to the department they report to.
