Job Overview
Responsibilities of the Returns Lead include:

• Understand all inbound Returns Dock processes including but not limited to:
  
  
  • REF Inspect process
  
  
  • RTV Bedding process
  
  
  • Yard Maintenance process
  
  
  • Material Handling standards
  
  
  • STO process
  
  
  
  

• Communicate with Yard Staff regarding trailer needs and movements and assess quality/safety of return trailer loading


• Maintain media file storage for follow-up


• Complete returns dock administrative duties:
  
  
  • Enter and maintain trailer/trailer quality information in SharePoint; load bar/load strap inventory reporting; chair box return/condition of boxes; accuracy of depot reporting; transfer of information from Guard Staff/Yard Staff to SharePoint
  
  
  • Enter trailer status (Processed, Not Yet Arrived, To Be Unloaded)
