Warehouse Manager (Plant Rungkut & Ngoro)

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute warehouse work plans to ensure effective management of warehouse resources, manpower, and daily activities.
2. Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure inventory accuracy and timely material availability.
3. Monitor warehouse capacity, stock levels, and material movement to optimize space utilization, maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth production and distribution processes.
4. Review, standardize, and continuously improve warehouse procedures and systems to ensure compliance with company standards, operational effectiveness, and process consistency.
5. Identify and implement efficiency and cost-improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce operational costs, and support business objectives.
