Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate, efficient, and safe movement of cases into the warehouse and onto trucks and onward to customers.
- Plan, manage and control all aspects of warehouse operations; maintain health and safety compliance per company policies.
- Provide leadership by establishing transparent expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.
- Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices.
- Supervise all staff under direct or indirect control; administer duties to achieve daily KPI performance.
- Continuously monitor warehouse performance using KPIs, focusing on cost controls.
