Warehouse Manager
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packing, inventory management, and dispatching flour and raw materials.
. Ensure smooth coordination between the production and distribution departments to meet manufacturing and delivery deadlines.
. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks, including cycle counts and full inventory audits.
. Manage stock levels to ensure sufficient supply for production without overstocking.
. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
. Develop and monitor team KPIs, setting clear objectives to improve productivity and quality of service.
. Monitor and optimize shipping schedules to minimize delivery times and costs.
