Warehouse Operation Scheduler

OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION

In this position the Operation Warehouse Scheduler is responsible to support pre/post Oracle Go-Live warehouse functions related to:

·Prepare daily workload plan for Warehouse Operations and update required KPI’s

·Ensure on time release of workload and monitor release of workload (scheduled pick waves) according to business rules

·Monitor warehouse operation progresses and ensure on-time departure of orders according to the shipping schedule

TASKS

·Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workload schedules for all regions distributed from our Brügg Distribution Center

·Release picking waves from ERP system for warehouse operationsCompare actual workload to the resource plan and proactively alert warehouse lead for any uncovered workload

·Evaluate urgent shipment requests based on warehouse workload and answer to requestorsPrepare warehouse orders...
