Job Description
Position Overview
Based at our Gauteng Branch, the Warehouse Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and manage raw material handling, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations to support uninterrupted production.
Responsibilities include driving efficient binning, replenishment, and material flow between the warehouse and production, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements, and improving labour productivity and stock handling efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Raw Material Receiving & Control
- Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders and specifications.
- Capture and validate batch numbers, quantities, and bin allocations.
- Ensure materials follow QA hold/release processes before use.
