• Ensure smooth daily operations within the distribution centre, including receiving, inspecting, and handling goods and return
• Manage inventory processes such as labeling, quarantining items, and monitoring picking and packing activities
• Coordinate and track picking jobs, ensuring timely completion and addressing issues like missing stock or cancellations
• Conduct quality checks on picked goods, delivery trucks, and ensure proper handover to transporters
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, drivers, and shipments while supporting overall warehouse operations
