WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, execute and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Perform quality and quantity check of materials prior to delivery/use and upon acceptance at warehouse.
Comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations
Monitor the delivery and receiving schedules of goods in the warehouse.
Monitor daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics and procurement
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
Oversee logistics utilized to transport materials, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of the items
