Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support in overseeing daily inbound warehouse operations
- Manage inbound activities including goods receiving, returns processing, inspections, and system updates
- Lead and coordinate the inbound team to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Monitor operational performance and ensure service standards and KPIs are achieved
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external parties on inventory, returns, and operational enquiries
- Handle inventory discrepancies, exceptional cases, and ad-hoc operational issues
- Prepare and maintain monthly operational and performance reports
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management for easy retrieval and audit purposes
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
