Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000

Our client is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Warehouse Operations Manager with proven 3PL leadership experience in a multi‑client environment.

This is not a step‑up role. It is not a learning role. It requires someone who has already owned service levels, labour budgets, compliance audits, and supervisor accountability in a complex warehouse operation.

This position was created to fill an existing opening and to add additional leadership capacity to support continued growth. It has been challenging to find the right fit because the expectations are high — and the impact of this role is significant.
