Job Description
Role focuses on movement of products throughout the warehouse using various types of Material Handling equipment. Role requires the skills and experience to operate/drive manual handling equipment in accordance with local legislation. These roles will mostly require an externally accredited qualification/licence. Typical titles include Forklift operator, Equipment Operator, MHE Operator.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving/transferring/checking and storing incoming goods
- Loading and unloading from containers and loose shipment
- Report any product damages
- Support general warehouse operations
- Practice good handling and usage of all Material-handling equipment (MHE) for warehouse
- Responsible for adhering to EHS procedures and requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
