Warehouse Site Leader - Kaizen & Operations Champion

APM Terminals in Colombia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Site Leader to oversee daily operations at the Cofradía site. This role is pivotal for operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will lead end-to-end warehouse processes and drive performance through key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 7 years in warehouse operations. Experience in leadership and customer service is required, along with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and SAP WMS.
