Job Summary
:The Warehouse Specialist processes records, enters and validates data. They prepare and audit reports for the receiving, order processing, shipping, and inventory control areas of the warehouse. They manage client order integrity through system audits, research, executing escalations, and acting as a liaison between colleagues, project teams and Supply Chain. This role supports warehousing efforts for Fortna as it relates to projects.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining project specific material documentation (such as PM PO Log’s, PowerApps, BIM360, Master Shipping Documents, etc) as they pertain to warehouse fulfillment.
Enter, verify, maintain, and correct data on the applicable computer platforms
Uses Microsoft Office programs, ERP system programs, order management systems, and various web applications.
