Job Overview

Warehouse Supervisor at Hitachi Rail Philippines. Responsible for managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. Covers receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory control, space utilization and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management
   Oversee daily operations: inbound, storage, outbound, distribution. Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, documentation, supervise picking, packing, labeling, dispatching. Manage warehouse capacity, layout, space efficiency. Implement FIFO/FEFO and stock rotation.
2. Inventory Management & Stock Accuracy
   Maintain accuracy via cycle counts and audits. Resolve stock variances. Update ERP/WMS systems. Enforce bin accuracy and traceability.
3. Health, Safety & Compliance
