Warehouse Supervisor - Malmesbury

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock control.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and FIFO stock rotation.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and distribution activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Lead and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and productivity standards.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, equipment, and storage standards.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ, food safety, and company procedures.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Diploma in Warehousing or Logistics (advantageous)
• Cold storage experience (advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years warehouse experience within a food/FMCG environment.
