WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating Warehouseoperation activities, managing Warehouse operation team, and ensuring theeffective functioning of equipment and facilities. They are expected tomaintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability while adheringto organizational policies and industry best practices.

• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and provide guidance to Warehouse Support team, including training, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and provide coaching for team development.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by overseeing and arrange regular stock check and daily cycle counts.
  • Ensure accurate records between system and physical stock to address any discrepancies promptly.
