Warehouse Supervisor - Sortation Centre, SPX Express (Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receive, sort and outbound
• Involves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics
• Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
• Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
• Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of your team
