**Job Description**
This role involves accurately picking, packing, and staging products in a large parts distribution center while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. You will handle items ranging from small handheld boxes to heavy machine parts using lifting equipment, support forklift operations by preparing correct pick pallets, and help ensure that every order ships to the correct destination.
**Responsibilities**
+ Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallets for forklift operators.
+ Pick and pack products of various sizes, from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, using appropriate lifting equipment.
+ Use an RF scanner to accurately locate, pick, and verify inventory and orders.
