Responsibilities
Perform routine building maintenance and light repairs (e.g., basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing and electrical tasks)Troubleshoot and address general facility issues as they ariseMaintain a clean, safe, and functional work environmentCommunicate maintenance needs and completed work to managementFollow all safety procedures and company policies QualificationsPrior handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience preferredBasic knowledge of building systems and common repair toolsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as requiredStrong reliability and time management skillsPreferred (Nice to Have)
