Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound goods movement.
- Plan, organise and monitor warehouse workflow to ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery.
- Oversee receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, operations and delivery teams to meet customer and business requirements.
- Manage warehouse manpower deployment, duty rosters, attendance and work performance.
- Train, guide and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of goods to prevent damage, loss or discrepancies.
