Job Description
As a washer your responsibilities are to ensure that guests have clean dishes and utensils, and kitchen has clean equipment for food preparation.

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for tableware and cooking utensils using both machine and manual cleaning methods
- Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility
- Replenish equipment in the correct areas after washing and drying
- Clean up any spills to ensure kitchen floor remain dry
- Notify the Manager if the dishwash machine or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures
- Contribute to quality improvement teams aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing wastage, and streamlining stewarding processes
