Job Summary
:Responsibilities are to teach water fitness classes with the safety and well-being of patrons always first priority, including answering or directing patron questions and concerns, as well as maintaining upkeep and cleanliness of the water fitness equipment
Duties/Physical Demands: • Maintains a safe and friendly environment, keeping patron well-being and satisfaction the priority.
• Completes the Instructor Training Program (ITP) and/or completion of successful audition.
• Creates and instructs varying types of water fitness lesson plans appropriate for multiple levels.
• Arrives at least 15 minutes prior to class to prepare music, check equipment cleanliness, set up equipment if needed, and greet participants as they arrive.
• Introduce yourself prior to each class and explain the format of the class to participants.
• Interacts with all class members to ensure that they have a positive, safe experience.
