Seasonal Watersports Instructors for spring/summer 2026

£12.60 per hour / Real Living Wage Employer / Casual 0‑hour contract

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging water-based activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or sailing.
• Provide excellent instruction for all ages and skill levels.
• Ensure safety standards are met at all times.

Requirements

• RYA or UKCC level 1 in Kayak & Canoe qualifications or equivalent.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer focused.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Passionate about safety and delivering exceptional experiences.
