Your tasks will be:





  • Participate in pre-employment medicals and annual medical check-ups with the occupational physician.

  • Manage, create, and update the medical records of all company employees.

  • Manage the medical department.

  • Participate in prevention, health education, hygiene, and safety initiatives.

  • Diagnose work-related accidents and provide first aid within your scope of responsibility.

  • Ensure that all medical equipment (medications, first-aid kits) necessary for employee health and safety is available.

  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety rules for employees according to internal policy.

  • Prepare monthly reports for the medical department.

  • Receive and hand over health insurance files to the insurance company representatives.

  • Analyze absenteeism rates, and short and long-term sick leave.
