About the Role:
- Dashing Diva is seeking a Web Designer who combines strong visual design skills with hands-on front-end development and fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- This is not a traditional web designer role — we need someone who can use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, and similar platforms to prototype, build, and optimize at a pace that matches our growth.
- You will own the design, development, and ongoing optimization of DashingDiva.com — our direct-to-consumer storefront and the brand’s digital flagship.
- This role sits within the Creative team and works closely with the Sr.
- Art Director (Retail/Print), Sr.
- Designer (UX/UI), and the Marketing team.
- You will take direction from the Creative Director and collaborate with the Ecom/Media team on conversion optimization and performance.
