Gallagher is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative, and solutions-oriented Web Lead Specialist to join our Global Web Production team. Reporting directly to the Web Content Manager, this role serves as the operational lead for global web production activities, helping ensure quality, consistency, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement across a distributed team of web editors. The Web Lead Specialist is both a hands-on producer and team leader, serving as a subject matter expert in Sitecore CMS, digital publishing best practices, quality assurance, and production workflows. This individual will partner closely with marketers, project managers, developers, and web editors to deliver high-quality digital experiences while driving operational excellence across global regions.
