Web Innovation Manager

Your mission as Web Innovation Manager is to drive digital growth and customer experience across our global web platforms. You will lead innovation initiatives that improve the end-to-end global customer journey and deliver measurable business impact, with a strong focus on digital revenue growth in China.

You define and drive the web innovation roadmap (AI, personalization, new capabilities) You own and optimize the full customer journey from discovery to conversion

You will work with customer centers to develop the digital presence and lead growth in China through localized web initiatives and improvements

You will lead data-driven optimization and experimentation (e.g. testing, pilots)

You will align with e-commerce, marketing, IT, and regional stakeholders

You deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions across platforms
