Weekend Registered Nurse, RN

Valley Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse, RN for an opportunity to perform home health visits with adult and senior patients. This office works with clients located throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Please note: recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting with OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) documentation is required for this position.

As a home health RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
