Description of Duties:
Program, set up, and operate Weiler E70/E90 CNC lathes using Weiler One1 Control. Use a four-jaw chuck to securely mount and machine parts. Interpret and edit G&M code. Perform precise machining tasks, maintaining tight tolerances of ±0.005”. Measure and verify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges. Operate manual milling machines as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience with CNC lathe machine setup and operation. Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting engineering drawings. Ability to make offset adjustments and verify part accuracy. Skilled with precision measuring instruments. Experience with API threading and oil & gas manufacturing a strong plus. G&M code and conversational programming knowledge is an asset.
