Welcome & Service Team Member

Summary

We're looking for a Welcome and Service Team Member to join us at Fountains Abbey! As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Salary: £13.25 per hour

Contract Duration: Permanent 

Working Pattern: You will work 780 hours per year. This role is based on annualised hours, where the number of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. 

Average of 2 days a week, including 1 weekend day. Flexibility required as this may go up to 3-4 days a week during our busiest times or to cover absences in the team. Shifts are usually 7.5 hours in the summer and 6.5 hours in the winter, starting at 9:30am year round.
