Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weld Shop Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of 10-12 employees in a structural welding environment. This role involves administrative tasks, process improvements, holding team members accountable, discussing performance feedback, ensuring inventory paperwork accuracy, leading the safety program in compliance with OSHA rules, and maintaining equipment. The supervisor may also be required to weld and train junior welders. Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams is essential.
