- Read and interpret drawings and welding specifications.
- Perform welding using CO2 (MIG/MAG) and TIG (GTAW) processes on various metals.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
- Inspect and test welds to meet quality and code standards.
- Carry out repairs, rework, and finishing as needed.
- Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Trade certification and double coded welder qualification (CO2 and TIG) - beneficial.
- Experience working with aluminium and thick steel.
