**Job Description**
This role involves operating a variety of welding and metal fabrication equipment to fuse, cut, shape, and repair metal components according to detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications. You will work in a weld shop environment, performing structural welding, fabrication, and finishing tasks to produce high-quality metal structures and parts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW/TIG), gas metal arc welding (GMAW/MIG), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), plasma arc welding, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), oxy-acetylene welding, resistance welding, and submerged arc welding.
+ Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components, ensuring strong, clean, and consistent welds that meet quality and safety standards.
