+ Perform **stainless steel MIG welding** on custom equipment
+ Read and interpret **blueprints**
+ **Weld various materials (sheet, plate, pipe) in multiple positions**
+ **Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards**

+ MIG welding experience or certification
+ Ability to read blueprints
