**Welder **29/hr, 1st shift! (5am-3:30pm)**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing high-quality MIG, TIG, and flux core welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals while following blueprints and drawings. You will apply strong fabrication skills, adhere to welding safety standards, and contribute to the production of precise, durable metal components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG, TIG, and flux core welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals according to project specifications.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to complete welding and fabrication tasks accurately.
+ Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment, including computerized welding systems, to achieve consistent, high-quality welds.
+ Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components using appropriate welding techniques and tools.
