Job Description

Job Title: Welder / Fitter (Structural Steel & Industrial Fabrication)
Location: Spokane, WA

Pay: $23–$34/hr DOE with final rate based on weld test performance

About the Role:

We’re hiring experienced Welders/Fitters to join a growing steel fabrication team working on large, custom projects. This isn’t repetitive production work. You’ll be building structural steel, platforms, piping systems, and specialty components used across industrial and commercial projects.

If you like working off prints and seeing a project come together from raw steel to finished product, this is your kind of shop.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Fabricating and fitting structural and miscellaneous steel components

Welding beams, columns, stairs, platforms, and pipe systems

Reading and working from blueprints and shop drawings

Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to spec
