The Welder Foreman is responsible for overseeing welders both at the headquarters and onsite at various manufacturing facilities. This role involves planning and executing projects effectively, including the breakdown, transport, and installation of equipment in new facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage a team of welders in the facility and onsite.
+ Establish and execute project plans for equipment breakdown, transport, and installation.
+ Ensure proper tooling and safety measures are in place.
+ Coordinate daily setup and tasks for the welding team.

+ Leadership experience managing a team of 4+ people for over 3 years.
