**Job Description**
This role involves performing both MIG and TIG welding on large custom industrial ovens, with additional responsibilities in light fabrication and minimal mechanical assembly. You will work primarily with stainless and mild steel, using blueprints to complete a mix of bench and custom welding projects in a non-production, custom-focused environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on large custom industrial ovens using stainless and mild steel materials.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to plan and execute welding and fabrication tasks accurately.
+ Carry out a mix of bench and custom welding work, ensuring high-quality welds and strong structural integrity.
+ Use hand and power tools, as well as basic fabrication equipment, to cut, fit, and assemble components.
+ Support mechanical assembly tasks, with approximately 25% of time spent assisting with assembly work as needed.
