**Job Summary**

Join a custom fabrication team and work on unique projects using TIG and MIG welding. This is not a production job—you'll build custom products in a clean, modern, climate-controlled shop.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel
+ Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
+ Read blueprints, weld drawings, and welding symbols
+ Prepare and fit materials for welding
+ Help operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, lasers, and punch presses
+ Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
+ Keep work area clean and safe
+ Work on a variety of custom fabrication projects

**Qualifications**

+ 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience or welding school training
+ Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
