About the Role

We're looking for a precise and detail-oriented TIG Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You'll work with steel, aluminum, and Invar 36 materials, producing clean, spec-compliant welds on components where accuracy and quality are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do
Set up and configure TIG welding equipment to job specifications

Read and interpret aerospace blueprints and technical drawings

TIG weld steel, aluminum, and Invar 36 components to print

Repair and rework damaged or non-conforming parts

Fabricate and modify fixtures, jigs, gauges, and specialty tooling

Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for all equipment

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
