**Job Title: Welder Entry-Level to Experienced**
**Role Summary**
+ We are hiring **Welders (freshers and experienced)** for a shop supporting the energy industry.
+ You will work on **MIG and Flux Core welding projects** using drawings and specifications.
+ This is a **hands-on role** in a fast-paced shop environment.

**Shift Details**
+ **1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available**
+ **Overtime available based on workload**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform **MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding**
+ **Work from blueprints and customer drawings**
+ **Complete structural and fabrication welding tasks**
+ **Maintain quality and safety standards**
+ **Prepare for and pass welding tests:**
+ **2G MIG Root**
+ Flux Fill & Cap
+ Work in a **team-oriented shop environment**
