Job Description
Sletten Construction is looking for Welder/Fabricators to support current construction projects.
The Welder is responsible for assisting the shop and construction teams to complete projects requiring welding and other tasks.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as well as a weld test.
Duties and Responsibilities Performing welding tasks on construction sites as well as in the shop Utilize equipment to unload, stack, and organize steel materials Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and materials usage Effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and clients Work with Foreman to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise Perform equipment repair Ensure welds meet required standards and specifications Identify and correct any defects or deficiencies Assist other craft workers as needed Must work quickly, productively, and safely without error and consistently meet the production goals as se...
