Job Description

Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
Provide assistance to guests as needed and respond to inquiries.
Perform rescue techniques and first aid when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including chairs and surrounding spaces.
Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any hazards.
Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management.
Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay prepared for emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incidents.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of The Spa Reception within The Spa division.To deliver uncompromised attention in quality Spa services to in house guests/visitors/members in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. Selling and up selling Spa treatment, retail, Membership.
