Wellness Facial Therapist (High Tech Spa - High Value Client))

Role Responsibilities

• Perform face massage treatments with precision and consistency
• Deliver a luxury client experience with strong attention to detail
• Provide professional consultation and recommendations
• Confident in upselling and promoting packages

Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: From $2,500
• Hands-on Fee: $5 - $15 per treatment
• Sales Commission: 3% - 10% (for sales above $20K)
• Additional earnings for strong performers

Working Hours

• Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 8 off days per month
