• Customize treatments to guest preferences and wellness goals.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all treatment protocols.
• Ensure punctuality and readiness for all scheduled appointments.

Guest Experience

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver an exceptional guest journey.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare to guests.
• Handle guest concerns with care, escalating where necessary to the Spa Supervisor.
• Promote spa facilities, wellness programs, and encourage repeat visits.
