We're seeking production workers with forklift licence in Hitra and Bergen

Robust Bemanning AS (Trondheim) seeks motivated production workers with a forklift licence to work in the salmon industry in Hitra and Bergen. In this role, you will perform production tasks and operate a forklift. Flexible people comfortable combining different tasks throughout the workday are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, filleting and packing salmon, both manually and by machine.
• Checking quality and following routines for hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Operating a forklift for transport, loading and unloading.
• Contributing to efficient logistics.

Desired qualifications

• Valid forklift licence (T1, T2, T4).
• Experience in production and/or forklift operation.
• Good communication skills in English or a Scandinavian language.
• Understanding of health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Punctual, efficient, and detail‑oriented.
