Factory Service & Parts Representative TasksStrategic development of dealers in the aftersales area within the assigned territory Technical support for our dealers and customers – by phone, email, and directly on site Regular visits to dealers and customers for support Analysis, documentation, and handling of field failure cases Processing of warranty and goodwill claims Conducting technical training sessions and providing support through initial on-site assignments at customer locations German or English language skills at B2 level Yrkeshögskole degree or Bachelor of Engineering (Högskoleingenjör) Strong practical experience in agricultural engineering Ideally, knowledge of grassland and/or forage harvesting technology Preferred place of residence: Southern Sweden Proficiency in PC applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong tea...
