The Western Regional Vice President (RVP) is a senior field role will serve as a strategic partner to Principal Owners (PO), Firms and Financial Representatives. The RVP role is responsible for providing consultative advice to new and existing Firms to advance growth, improve productivity, long-term sustainability and leadership development across the field distribution network in the Western Region.

**You have**

+ Proven experience consulting on driving sales growth, development and productivity within a field-based, firm, or financial services environment
+ Demonstrated success in assisting with business planning aligned to strategic growth initiatives including but not limited to, influencing production outcomes, recruiting, market expansion, performance and succession planning
